2021: The State of AI
Until a couple of years ago, artificial intelligence (AI) was considered to be the future for field service organizations (FSOs). That future is here and although AI has yet to become commonplace among FSOs, the industry is experiencing unprecedented adoption of AI and datadriven solutions.
We’ve turned to our field service audience to explore the current maturity level of most FSOs and understand their focus for the future, hoping to find out where AI solutions stand, how they are deployed, and the impact they’re having on field service operations today.
