Announced back in June, the SightCall partnership with Symbility provides insurance and independent adjusting companies with both claims video capture and claims estimating capabilities in an integrated web interface. With this integration, adjusters can remotely access the back camera on customers’ smartphones to see the damage, take pictures, collect the evidence and produce a claim estimate in Symbility Claims Connect.
