Job description
Based in our global offices, SightCall Solution Consultants are integrated in our Professional Servicesteam, providing technical support and analysis to the global Sales Team. They have a deep understanding of the SightCall platform and work closely with customers, sales team, product team and development team. They are key in our customer’s success.
As a SightCall Solution Consultant you will:
- Provide Sales Teams with technical expertise and analysis on complex projects.
- Assist our customers integrating SightCall in their environment using the SightCall API and Mobile SDK.
- Work with the product team to design dedicated microservices extending the SightCall capabilities for specific customers.
- Manage projects for the development and release of custom mobile apps to our customers.
- Interact with product and development teams to ensure a good understanding of the ongoing developments and match with customer’s expectations.
- Provide level 2 premium support to our most strategic customers requiring a direct access to a SightCall expert.
- Promote SightCall solutions at events - user groups, partner conferences, webinar campaigns, meetups and other relevant events.
Candidate profile
- A self-starter that is highly creative in assembling different tools, able to manage and prioritize effectively. Able to switch quickly between different modes of thinking and tasks.
- Innovative – able to innovate toolsets to make the team and clients more effective.
- Enjoy working in international/multicultural environment.
- Project management.
- Good understanding of the security processes, standards & issues involved in multi-tier, multi-tenant web applications – e.g. SSO, LDAP, etc.
- Good understanding of the architectural principals of web-based platforms including SaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers.
- Skills in Analytics, Data Management, or Website development would be of interest.
- Preferred candidate may also have knowledge and direct experience with application integration technologies, methods, design.
- Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years Engineering or Project Manager experience (IT, product management, consulting, etc).
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment.
- Must be fluent in German and English. Native German proficiency would be appreciated. Additional languages are welcome.
