SightCall is pleased to announce a new mobile capability with our SightCall Visual Support for Salesforce integration. Remote experts can now utilize the SightCall app to perform remote video guidance for troubleshooting and customer service. Using the SightCall app with Salesforce Service Cloud allows agents to easily initiate a live video session with a customer directly from within the Salesforce case.
The SightCall app is available for Apple iOS and Google Android and works with any SightCall subscription that includes the Salesforce integration.
