Job Description:
Our Sales Operations Specialist will support the Sales team as an administration resource capable of effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This role also entails working with cross functional partners among various portions of the organization. This is an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as well as creating and enhancing our team and cultures roadmap.
Critical Functions:
- Support US Sales process enablement and enhancement.
- Drive and scale data processes and cleanliness.
- Ownership of Renewal Monitoring & Invoicing
- US Calamar Support (internal accounting/quoting/service order & provisioning tool)
- US Salesforce reporting support
- US Territory Assignment
- US Event Management
- US Travel Management
- Focus on improving employee engagement and fostering a nurturing Sales environment
- Collection/Accounts Receivable upon request/back-up.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience with increasing levels of responsibility in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Administration/Support.
- Highly proficient using MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient in the Salesforce.com CRM platform especially reporting and dashboards. Other experience with sales enablement tools a plus.
- Fluent in SaaS sales processes such as lead generation, deal stage management, Subscription based products, ARR and forecasting.
- Experience with managing sales contracts such as MSA, SLA documents and Quotes/Service Orders.
- Building relationships & using influence
- Strong written and verbal communication, with experience delivering presentations to an executive audience.
- Tenacious, resourceful and entrepreneurial with a roll-up your sleeves mentality to translate ideas into tangible outputs resourceful and nimble, with the ability to operate in sometimes ambiguous or undefined environments
