
Global SDR Manager

What you’ll be doing:
As the Global SDR Manager, you will spend most of your time meeting, supporting, optimizing and coaching SightCall’s global team of SDRs. You will be creating, measuring and reviewing the effectiveness of all SDR campaigns, reporting into the North American and ROW Marketing Managers.
- Help recruit, train and optimize our global team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
- Manage and help establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve early-stage opportunity management and qualification process
- Create highly compelling communication and messaging for outbound campaigns for our global team of SDRs, including email, letter and social media copy
- Oversee and optimize the usage of all SDR tools, including Outreach, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as identify any new tools for investment
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of SDR campaigns and alignment with wider Sales and Marketing campaigns
- Work closely with our global Marketing Managers and HR team on creating and implementing effective onboarding plans and training schedules for global SDRs
- Create a fun, high energy and collaborative environment for our global team of SDRs

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 4+ year of sales experience, preferably in SaaS technology
- At least 2+ year of sales management experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving goals
- Some marketing experience is preferred
