Remaining faithful to its mission of helping people live better lives, AXA Greece sought out a modern insurance solution that would digitally transform the claims process to be more simple and fast for customers.

The Solution

Together we developed the MyAxaway app that allows the insured to communicate in the event of an accident or home loss to record the damage and complete the accident report.

The Benefits

The MyAxaway visual claims service has significantly reduced customer wait times, and the time that it takes to file a claim. As a result, AXA Greece's NPS rating has increased to 85%.
