
Salesforce Technical Administrator
Our Salesforce Technical Administrator will support the Sales team as a resource capable of effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This role also entails working with cross-functional partners among various portions of the organization. As a Salesforce Technical Administrator, you will be part of our Sales Operations Team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM sales functionality.
This role reports to SightCall’s VP Global Sales Operations and is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools.
Critical Functions
- Create and Manage Changes to the CRM/Salesforce.com and integrated tools
- Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features
- Handle on-going customization/alteration of Salesforce.com
- Maintain Tool Stack, Security and Integrity
- User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction
- Process Collaboration, Creation, Documentation and Maintenance
- Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC
- Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
- Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies
- Expand use, scalability and automation of Salesforce.com and attend planning meetings

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator is a strong plus
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code and/or integration with external systems
- Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce.com reporting functionality
- Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions.
- Proven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool in a SaaS Company
- Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
