
Sales Operations Analyst
Our Sales Operations Analyst will support the Sales team as a resource capable of effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This role also entails working with cross-functional partners among various portions of the organization. As a Sales Operations Manager you will be part of our Sales Operations Team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM sales functionality.
This role reports to SightCall’s VP Global Sales Operations and is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools.
Critical Functions
- Service Order/Quoting
- SaaS knowledge for all aspects of Q2C (quote 2 cash)
- Forecasting and Reporting Accuracy
- Salesforce.com proficiency and database Management
- US Salesforce reporting support
- Customer Contract Experience
- MS Suite Proficiency
- Territory Assignment
- Support US Sales process enablement and enhancement.
- Support internal accounting/quoting/service order & provisioning tool (US Calamar)
- Focus on improving employee engagement and fostering a nurturing Sales environment

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility in Sales Operations, and SAAS.
- Highly proficient using MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel (must)
- Proficient in the Salesforce.com CRM platform especially reporting and dashboards. Other experience with sales enablement tools a plus.
- Fluent in SaaS sales processes such as lead generation, deal stage management, Subscription based products, ARR and forecasting.
- Tenacious, resourceful, and entrepreneurial with a roll-up your sleeves mentality to translate ideas into tangible outputs resourceful and nimble, with the ability to operate in sometimes ambiguous or undefined environments
