
Sales Development Representative

What you’ll be doing:
Based in our Frankfurt office, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will be a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact for SightCall. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Work to understand goals and pain-points of prospects (part of qualifying/finding a fit or not)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and our partner teams to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business
- Generate leads through creative and personalized outbound outreach campaigns, as well as build relationships and nurture warm prospects
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Use Salesforce, LinkedIn and other prospecting tools to research prospects, identify key accounts and craft targeted messaging for campaigning
- Identify and build on best practices through a data-driven approach to the role

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2+ year of sales experience, preferably in SaaS technology
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving goals
